Laproscopy in 48 hours! What to do to prepare?

Any advice & experience helps.

What to meal prep, things I can do today and tomorrow around the home to prepare & things they don't tell you?
Best ways to heal? I heard Arnica helps. Will I have a catheter even if I am not staying overnight?

Did anyone get pregnant after lap?

Laproscapy? I had one, and it's horrible afterwards. The trapped air travels up to your shoulders and it's the worst ache I have ever felt, but morphine helps get rid of that pain. 
Your entire stomach bloats to huge proportions, and it become so painful to move, even rolling over in bed hurts like nobodies business. 
And be prepared to not be able to use the toilet for a few days, especially pooping. Peeing hurts as your bladder has been moved about, and I had to run the tap to encourage myself to go as I couldn't force it out. 
The scars heal really quick though, just wear really loose clothing for about a week or two afterwards.

Have someone come to your house at least for the day you come home. If your Dr says to get up and move around, def do that because it helps work the air out. Sorry you're going through this. You'll heal up super quick though. Just a few rough days.

Laproscopy???if u get trapped air in ir chest rotate ur shoulders to help move it. I has to stay in due to complications they pierced my womb xxx good luck n take it easy
