Do people change or so they stay the same way all the their life? I dislike people saying that they have changed when they haven't 😔😔

I believe everyone has the potential to change, it's a mindset. I strive to make myself better everyday. I am not the same awful person I was a few years ago and I will never be that way agian! Finding positive motivation is overall the key to changing. It's sad because so many people just continue to put themselves in negative situations.

It all depends on the determination of the person trying to change. I've drastically changed in the past 2 years. And I've never been the way I use to be since. If people do not want to change they won't or if they are not trying so hard. People can change or control what use to be but it all depends on the person changing if it is permanent or just to control the things that were not good.

Yes but not completely. No more than 30% as an adult. However if it's a minor then they definitely have a better chance of changing but only if they want to.
