Weight loss suggestions
So I'm trying to loose 30-50 pounds and wanted to know some ways others have been successful in their weight loss. What do you all do as far and workouts, healthy eating, diet pills, etc. I'm currently taking Lipozene (1 week) and workout 4 days a week. I'm struggling with the healthy eating but I'm doing it in stages. I have eliminated fast food, sweets, and some sugars. Now I just need to replace those with healthy items (I do not eat fruit which is also my struggle, its a texture thing).
