Way too early to tell. Bloating is very common early on. Since its your 3rd you'll probably start showing early too but 4w would just be bloat. Best wishes! 💫

I'd say at this point it's probably just bloat. I'm 31 weeks and still don't look pregnant with twins 😂

Thank u just worried as I have 2 kids already and was stick thin size 6 till i got pg again ,still not a size 8 yet havin to keep yankin up my size 8s and 6s are too small already.!
