Labia or scrotum?

I've had two ultrasound techs say it was a girl

Pic was at 30 weeks

Definitely a girl, scrotums aren't perfectly rounded at this stage yet either, Nor for most of a guys life. 
I'm having a girl too and I was just as confused by my first gender scan. I had another ultrasound tech check a few weeks later to confirm it. 
Never feel like you can't keep asking. 
It's your baby!
