Heavy flow?

I'm 14 and I put like a night pad on in the morning at say 8 o clock and when I get home from school at 4 o clock the whole pad is covered in blood I mean like no white is left. Is this normal for 8 hours? Or do I have heavy flow?

What Sarah said! You definitely need to change it throughout the day. Maybe even once or twice a day to get over it. If you don't like the bathrooms, just go, hover over the toilet, wipe yourself off, and change your pad. You'll feel a lot better, & won't have to worry about leaking. 😊

The package says 8 hours leak guard but trust me, such a lie. You have to change it every 2-3 or 3-4 hours or else that will happen. Plus it will get all wet and soggy and smelly down there so you have to change it atleast one time depending on how heavy your flow is
