I recently started using Unisom and B6 to help with my nausea, and they're doing a fabulous job! The only draw back is that since I started I have become horribly bloated, gassy and constipated (tmi? LoL). Enter Culturelle. I bought this stuff at the recommendation of my sister in law. I didn't really expect much from it, mostly just bought it because I was desperate for ANY relief. Well I've been taking it for 2 days and I cannot believe how much better I feel! So if any of you are having similar problems, I highly recommend Culturelle. It's a little expensive, but in my opinion, it is worth every penny! I don't usually solicit people to buy products I like, but the change has been so incredible that I couldn't keep it to myself.
