Discharge help!!

Should I be concerned and call doctor or is this normal? I have had discharge this whole pregnancy ( currently 25 weeks) little bit here and there and a white/yellow tint thing diischarge. However the last few days I have a heavy flow of discharge. It's a yellow/green color. So much where several times a day I think my water broke and was gushing fluid out but went to bathroom and it just this discharge again. It's also thick though not watery. Any help please!!
