Boy or girl? Thoughts?

I'd love to hear opinions. We were told girl!! But in some pictures I almost see what looks like a boy! This was at 16 weeks 1 day, so maybe it is a girl and just slightly swollen genitals still? We're not announcing until after our 19 week ultrasound just in case!
