when you post something like 5dpo where are you counting your ovulation from? it lasts around 4 days doesn't it so is it counted from the first day or your peak day?

I use opks and after I get a positive I keep taking them until I get a negative then I count the first negative day as 1dpo

I believe ovulation is only 12-24 hours average but your Fertil days are about a week.

Yes, the green days are just high fertility days,  likely one of them is the day you ovulate. Glow can't know for sure, opks can help you pinpoint the exact day.
