Peek week

So today was my peek day of my ovulation cycle. Well after my SO and I finished eating, we sat around for a little bit, then started to mess around (TMI I know). Well shortly before we did, and still now....I feel nauseous. I've been feeling fine all day. But we have had sex every day this fertile window. Could this possible mean I may have my rainbow baby? I know I'm just probably having crazy baby fever but....I've never really had this feeling before either...
