Every woman is beautiful, but in their own way. It is all about perspective. If you believe that you are pretty, then you are pretty. If you think she looks better than you, then you will believe it. Some people are only pretty on the outside. Some are pretty on the inside. I personally believe that looks are a bonus, but if you are kind, caring and loving and have an overall awesome personality... you're beautiful.

Of course it's NOT okay. Everyone deserves a fair chance. Beauty isn't a personality trait...so if this person who is "prettier" than you hasn't done anything other then be a good looking person...you absolutely should not dislike them.
