Ok so background- I had the Nexplanon implant in for almost 2 years and decided to have it removed  due to excessive and sudden bleeding. My husband and I decided about 6 months prior that we were ready to try for #3 soon anyway. My dr recommended I go on an oral contraceptive for a month and then try to conceive after the month was over. That was 2 months ago. According to Glow, I'm 6 weeks late. I've taken 4 pregnancy tests spaced out over the last 4 weeks and all BFN. Not even a faint line. I guess where I'm going with this is, what am I doing wrong??? TIA
