Lifting weights while ttc?
I'm 33 and do an intense kettle bell class twice a week, plus I play on a women's volleyball league. Have any of you heard the effects it could have while ttc? And, what happens if I did get knocked up but don't know for a few weeks and continue to workout? Could it harm the baby? Thanks ladies! PS - I'm asking because I am currently 5 days late.... I'm not going to get my hopes up though because for the last year of ttc, AF has always showed her ugly face ;( lol
