Need your opinion
For the past week I have had really sore nipples. I've had this before for a day or 2 around ovulation but never for this length of time. I'm a personal trainer and spend a lot of time in the gym so doing push-ups and certain yoga poses has been painful when my chest touches the ground. AF is due today but hasn't come yet so I was wondering if anyone else has experienced just nipple pain, not heavy sore breasts before they found out they were pregnant?
