I'm 2cm dilated just need to be a 3...
I live an hour or so away from the nearest hospital that is able to deliver us and that has a NICU in case the babies need it. I am 2 cm dilated and at +1 station. They didn't tell me about effacement is there any tips any of you mommas have to help me get to that 3?? I never had this issue really with my singletons..
