To soon to test?

So my husband and I have been trying for 8 months, and AF is supposed to come tomorrow. Needless to say, I really really hope this time around I get my bfp! Would today be to soon to test? Has anyone ever gotten a bfp the day before AF? I don't want to test too soon.
