Feeling a bit sad today

So back in January I went to my go for cd18 bloods done too see if I was ovulating. I have pcos and have been trying since July .... got my results back today and I'm not ovulating and to top it off AF is late by 3 days so I've taken two pregnancy test and got a bfn :( now they want me to do to more blood test but can't until my periods return which have been regular since coming off birth control ! So today I'm having I feel sorry for myself kinda day sooo sick of people telling me to stop trying so hard ... there not fertility challenged so don't understand the struggle. Any way I will finish my rant just needed to vent to people who understand the struggles.
