Natural birth
I've been thinking, and I think I'm gonna try to have a natural birth, or at least go as long as I can without meds. So I can experience it. My mom said it's best because you can walk around and speed up labor better. I can change my mind though right? Like if I'm in the delivery room I can choose to get the epidural if I feel like I need it?
