Back in shape after baby?

Riki✌🏽️
Okay, mommies. I'm almost 4 months PP and I have officially decided I want to get back in shape again like I was before I was pregnant with little man. I was hoping for advice and maybe some tips and tricks since now I have a baby. Also, how long did it take you to lose your baby weight?

I lost all of my weight the first 2 weeks. But I only gained 18lbs. I'm now working on toning. All I do is eat healthy (organic vegan) and I do body weight exercises and jogging on the treadmill while baby takes his morning nap. And stay hydrated. I would also suggest eating at least one raw vegan meal per day. Really filling and nutritious without the calories. There are really no tricks though. If you're active and TRULY eating healthy you shouldn't have any issues. 9 months vs 6 weeks pp.

I'm 18 days post delivery and have lots 35lbs (I gained 43). U gotta weight train!!! If u can't go to the gym use your baby as weight. Do squats while holding him/her, calf raises, lunges, also do burpees and jump squats (without the baby of course) 20 reps 5 sets of each. If u do those 5 days a week you will not only burn calories but work on muscle tone.

I gained 49lbs when pregnant. At 4w pp i had dropped 30lbs.Now little girls 5m and I still have aboit 7lbs to go but i fit into all my pre pregnancy things so until my tax return shows up and i can get my fancy jogging stroller for the trails its still diet and little at home stuff.I just stay between 1600-1850 calories a day and stay active. As in normal daily life active. I do throw in sets of squats, push ups, sit ups, and planks when i get a few free minutes.Slightly old pic.

I started working out this week consistently & watching my calories. I'm 10w postpartum. I use Sparkpeople to track calories. I am trying not to cut a lot of calories due to needing to maintain breastmilk supply & have heard cutting calories too much can decrease supply. I'm eating close to 2000 calories a day & eating more wholesome meals. I am doing Shaun T's Cize 6x/week & will start a Pilates 30 Day Challenge on March 1st. I workout when baby girl sleeps or when my husband gets home & can watch her. Getting to a gym is much harder now since my baby sitter is in the opposite direction of my gym... So I'm adjusting to working out at home. Once the weather gets warmer, I plan on going on walk/runs with baby (or alone if my husband is home).

I just started trying to get back I shape a couple days ago. I can't seem to lose the last 10lbs. I started using the my fitness pal app and the sworkit app. It helps you track calories and you can do exercises. I like it a lot so far.

I've got stubborn pounds to lose before I get back to my original weight and then I'd love to tone up.

Doing a mostly clean diet and doing 21 day fix (now on extreme at 7 months pp) and t25. T25 is only 25 mins and 21 day fix is only 30. My little man will just sit in a swing and loves watching me workout. I've lost all baby weight plus 10 lbs. I have 5 lbs to go til I hit my goal weight and I want to tone up. This is baby #2. With baby #1 I had 10 lbs to lose but got pregnant and was just very careful with what I ate.

I'm following this convo!. I'm only 2 weeks and 1 day PP but I wanna know. I will say breastfeeding helps drop weight. I'm pumping and as of Monday I had lost 16 pounds already. I went from 136 to 172

I changed my eating habits while pregnant. I am 5'8" and weighed 153 before baby, which was on the higher end, then lost 12lbs in the first trimester. Weighed 157 the day I gave birth and now I weigh 130 at 7 weeks postpartum. Breastfeeding, walking, drinking 80+ounces or water per day and eating 6-8 healthy meals a day has worked for me. I have never felt so good about my body, and can not wait for Summer!!!
