Need someone who can have a conversation with me and knows what their talking about please

Yesterday I had light pink bleeding and than after a while it turned brown and went away . I've had unprotected sexual well I always do . It had slight cramping and back pain and tender Breast and nipples .. I'm tired a lot ... I took a pregnancy test two days ago and it came out negative .. What should I do ? Is there a chance for me to b pregnant ? Usually my periods are like this when I get my period it comes down heavy but literally I wiped myself and I saw this light pink blood and than a couple hours later it turned brown and went away .. Maybe I tested to early ? My periods are irregular so idk
