I'm not sure if I'm pregnant... Could I be?

I'm a day away from week 3 and I have been feeling non stop bloat and I've had a lot of gas and cramping I even seen a white discharge last week. My breast dont feel sore but feel heavy and uncomfortable sometimes. I even feel full when I know its time for me to eat something. Is the bloating, gas, and cramping part of pregnancy symptoms too? Anyone else experience symptoms like mines so early on.. I'm really hoping for a little person in the making
