Is it bad to have too much sex? My partner & I usually do like 3-5 rounds a night like 3-4 times a week. But I haven't had sex since last week. So what do you guys think? Is it bad? How many times do you guys do it?

The only side effect is your vag loosening. It happens, but it's not like it's terrible.

Noooo not at all. Sex is always good. It's good exercise, it relieves stress. As long as you're safe, and especially if you only have one partner that you love and connect with, you should have sex as much as possible. That's awesome. I have sex probably 2-3 rounds a few times a week but my boy lives like over an hour away soooo.
