Pregnancy signs?!

I miscarried in January around 7 weeks and have been trying since. I have very light bleeding for only 3 days when I'm normally 5-7 days on my period. I bleed feb 18th-20th. And now, all this week...day 5 or 6 now iv had forhead pain in one spot on my right forehead and really bad room spinning dizziness. And barly any appetite. Could I be pregnant? Thanks♡♡
