Woke up yesterday and had pink light blood later turned brown and went away .. Been having lower back pain ... Tender breast and sore nipples .. Slight cramping and headache and temperature increased then went back down ? I took a test two days ago which came back negative but then after I started having these symptoms . What should I do ? My periods are irregular so yeah
