CM Question dumb question new to this

Completely new to this tracking my CM thing I never really bothered noticing the difference before because I wasn't TTC. But when they say EWCM is fertile do they mean egg white as in an egg that's just been cracked clear and stretchy or egg white that's just been cooked so it looks actually white & stretchy
