Feeling so conflicted!
So today I was offered a promotion at work, with a really nice raise. When I went on maternity leave, I knew that I really didn't want to go back. I'm salary and work 55 hours a week (and that doesn't include travel time!) I don't want to be gone from my daughter for that long.
My husband and I have talked about me working part time somewhere and taking a major pay cut, but the insurance is what my daughter and I really need, because his insurance plan is free for him, but ridiculous to add someone on.
So now I don't know what to do. Do I take the raise and promotion? (We currently rent our home, so it would help us to save enough money to buy a home pretty quickly) or do I take a huge pay cut, work less hours, and be home more for my daughter?
