Negative pregnancy test but still no period.

I'm five days late on my period and the pregnancy tests are still negative. I have only been this late on my period three times, two I was pregnant and now. Also I usually light bleed and have certain period symptoms that I didn't get at all. I have been having some pregnancy symptoms; super emotional, had pinching on one side of my uterus , heightened sense of smell, sore and heavy breasts. It feels the same as my pregnancy with my son but I honestly don't know what is going on with my body. 😦😟 should I go do a blood test if my period doesn't start by next week?
