I've just been to the local pharmacy (boots uk) to purchase Vitamin B6 in 10mg dosage, 1 per day with plenty of fluid. My question is, is this the correct dosage of I am already taking a pregnacare multi vitamin for "trying for a baby"... I am taking it now as my AF is due so I want to make sure it is in my system for my next cycle, I have a shorter than normal Luteal phase (currently max is 10 days). Thank you x
