Anyway last week he tells me that's he's got a problem "down there", he wasn't sure what it is and it just appeared but has since gone. 

Now we were both tested for STIs are the beginning of our relationship and were clear but can they just appear?! Neither of us has been unfaithful. Obviously it's an upsetting and anxious time for us both, we are TTC but until we know what it is or was then we can't BD. I've personally had no symptoms and haven't noticed anything strange! It's putting a massive strain on our relationship :( advice would be greatly appreciated!
