What vitamins or supplements do you all take trying to conceive and what has worked for you ?

I take folic acid at moment

I was talking a multivitamin, fish oil, a probiotic and Lysine.

You need to take a vitamin with 800 micrograms everyday when you are trying to conceive. It won't necessarily help you conceive but it will help prevent neural tube birth defects. The tube forms early so it's important to take the vitamins even when you don't think or know if you're pregnant.

Also, I take the target gummy prenatal vitamins because they are easy to remember. Be careful though because NONE of the gummy vitamins have iron which can be a very important mineral, especially if your anemic. Iron becomes more important during pregnancy to prevent anemia.
