Has anyone tried a squatty potty?

I don't have an actual squatty potty, but I have a little plastic bin I turn upside down and use because I'm cheap ha ha. But anyway I think it helps out a lot. I struggle pretty bad with constipation so anything that helps is great for me.

Only actual squatty potties when I was visiting India, China, and I think I used one in a more remote part of Korea. They work great! I can't speak for the contraption you buy and put over a toilet though

I have one, my husband loves howard stern and had to get it as he advertises this product on stop.   You actually still sit on the toilet but your knees our higher then your butt.  I think it's great!

They are really great. I wanted one and finally ended up getting one when I found out I was pregnant and super constipated. Just makes life easier and not too expensive. I got mine at bed, bath and beyond with 20% off coupon.

Do you just sit with your feet higher or so you actual squat above the toilet? I guess I don't completely get it but I'm interested!
