Late period.

So tomorrow will a week late for my period. Like I've reach the 40 day cycle and I've never been that late. I took a pregnancy test today and negative. I don't know what to do. I'm so tired or seeing all the BFN all the time. I did come down with a yeast infection and I also have a cyst in my right ovary. Does anything body think this could be interfering with my period.
