Can it be early symptoms?

I had sex on Valentine's Day, my boyfriend didn't enjaculate but had a lot of precum. According to Glow my ovulation was going to start the following day but I felt like I was staring since that day. It's been 2 days now that I've been getting dizziness, sore breasts, and really bad headaches. I decided to take an ibuprofen today and a little after I took it, I started getting really bad cramps that lasted for a good 5 mins. I kinda got scared and worried. Can these be pregnancy signs? Please help! 😞
