I took a digital clear blue and two regular tests from cvs pharmacy and they all 3 came back positive, today I experienced bright red spotting when wiping then experienced very light brown spotting on a panty liner. Is this a sign of miscarriage?

I'm gonna be completely honest with you Hun. 
I'm pregnant with my Rainbow baby. On my first pregnancy I had brown spotting all day that day and then the next morning I woke up and I had blood. I went to the emergency room and they told me it was a period but they only said that so they wouldn't hurt my feelings but I knew I was having an miscarriage. Sweetie, there could be a chance for you having an miscarriage but then again I don't know I'm not a doctor. I would go get checked. How far long are you?

The bleeding stopped shortly after. It was spotting and they said that I'm fine. Let's hope for the best
