Baby Whisperer Sleep???

Question

Can anyone explain the baby whisperer sleep method for newborns to me? I've heard things like cluster feeding, tank ups, dream feeding, using Desetin, but I was curious if anyone can tell me more about it! Thanks!

This book saved my sanity after 3 kids. Its really hard to explain the methods on a blog. It's more than just dream feeding. You have to set a schedule throughout the day called E.A.S.Y (eat, activity, sleep, you time) this pattern is so simple to follow once you have it down and sleeping through the nights go with it. Worth the read.
