Periods!

So i started taking coq10 for ivf purposes, (which we r no longer doing) and my period hadn't showed for 5 days, i stop taking the coq10 and it shows then i get back on them cause docs said i was crazy to think that those were the cause of it not showing and then it stopped again. So here i am not taking them for almost a wk and guess what another period started...so am i crazy or is it the coq10 interfering. So i have had 2 periods just 3 days a part from the first one ending! Any suggestions.....
