I found out Monday at my first appt (8+4) I am expecting Di Di twins. A very shocking surprise!  Labs look good so far except my thyroid is way outside the normal range. I started on levothyroxine today. Anyone else deal with a similar situation?  Not sure if this is something to be extra concerned about or a normal occurrence. I see the endocrinologist on Monday.
