Husband problem.

I don't know what to do.. My husband seems so different anymore. And I feel as if there is serving going on. I don't know what. Whether there is someone else or something else going on. He is just different. I'm 36 weeks pregnant with our second child. This morning I turned the fan off in our bedroom because I was about to change clothes and I was cold. He yelled at me and called me a disrespectful piece of s@&t. He has never talked to me like that. So I said get out. Because him fed up with him anymore and he jumped up and completely busted apart two drawers on his dresser. I went to the bathroom and cried so hard that i almost puked. He walked out the door and came back about 20 mins later and apologized. But I am not happy. I'm 100% sure there is something going on. What would you do?

Oh and he has never talked to me like that before. Ever. We have been married almost 4 years.
