Ladies with ultrasounds: how many babies?

I'm seeing a LOT of twin posts in the group. Dunno if it's just cuz I think twins would be so cool, or if we are really an unusual bunch and there are that many twins coming in October. And I think polls are fun! So let's hear it: how many babies?

This will be baby#2 and currently 4w6d and had a EARLY scan and saw TWO. small black dots but the tech saw NOTHING! !!😢😭😪😥But I'm still preggers according to blood work and my hormone levels are at a 400
