How is everyone else handling morning sickness?

Hi ladies I'm 7 weeks and 2 days, my morning sickness hasn't been that bad except for feeling nauseous in the morning. I hadn't thrown up at all until now. I feel absolutely terrible I've thrown up 7 times in a 12 hour period and can't even keep liquids down. What are some of your remedies??

Lemon water and lots of it! I find that citrus helps when my nausea is really bad, so I've been having lots of grapefruit. Ginger candies are also good.

Some things help some women, other women nothing helps. I've been told ginger ale helps, but it doesn't help me. What does help me is the beef bouillon cubes that you put in soup. I put 2 of them in a mug of hot water and let them dissolve. You may or may not like the taste, but it's worth a shot. Rye bread helps me and so does Dr Pepper. Obviously you're not supposed to have Dr Pepper because of the caffeine, but it's what has helped me the most. Also, I don't get morning sickness. I get it smack dab in the middle of the afternoon.

I've been putting ginger oil behind my ears and it seems to help. Also u could try motion sickness bands. They r just little wrist bands that hit a pressure point. Some say to eat someyhing sour to counteract sour stomach. I work a lot so I've tried it all. Everyday it's a different remedy that works. Hang in there!
