Sick while pregnant

Hello ladies I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my 4th child . I have a horrible cough and can't get rid of it. Normally when I get like this I take a zpack and I'm good. But we can't take antibiotics now.. any suggestions? ?? I'm dying over here . Have already missed a week of work. Help
