Is implantation painful?

I'm 18DPO, Day 34 in cycle. I think I've come on but over than a tiny bit on brown blood I'm not bleeding but I'm in sooooo much pain! Tested this morning BFN. I just don't no what's going on!!! Last night I had a white watery discharge. I feel awful. I also had a laperoscapy early this month, everything looked OK so other than camera no work was done. Please any advice is welcome with open arms.
