Should I see my doctor?

Question

I took a hpt and got a BFN. But I still have so many symptoms! My breasts ache, I'm bloated, 2 weeks late, I'm nauseous, dizzy, and I'm cramping in my lower abdomen. I'm also exhausted all the time!

Are hpt negatives ever wrong? Or is this all in my head?

When I was pregnant with my daughter,  I was three weeks late. I took one test each week and they were all negative.  I ended up going to my Dr's because I was worried and all my periods before had been regular. 
The Dr did a test and told me it was a very faint positive. She sent me for blood work to get done that day and then again 2 days later and scheduled me for an ultrasound a couple weeks later.  The HCG levels in my blood were rising but very slowly.  When I went for my ultrasound that estimated my daughter was at 5 weeks, and I got to see the heartbeat.  
It's possible you are pregnant,  go see your Dr to be sure one way or the other.  Good luck!
