Could I be pregnant

Got my AF today. Was supposed to come on Monday. Been feeling off all day not feeling like myself.

I have the worst cramps and I am

So nauseous that I can't even get up without throwing up.

I have never gotten these symptoms before. Could I be pregnant even with a period that's light.
