Pregnant

My lower back has been killing me to the point were I wake up in my sleep with back pains. And I feel different just not myself and had Ben bloated a lot lately I have slight contraction like cramps on and off my period is in 5 days and no signs yet of AF. My pants are to tight and uncomfortable in my stomachs area and I'm hungry but don't feel like eating. Could those be symptoms of pregnancy
