It's probably the baby balled up there. My daughter made my belly like that all the time before she was born

It's your abdominal muscles, not the baby. If you feel it when it's up like that you can feel the separation right in the middle where they are splitting. It's super creepy I know, I love freakin my friends out by showing them :)

At a maternity seminar at the hospital the physio gave a session and said that poi t is to do with the abdominal muscles being stretched apart... which is normal.. maybe Google it :)

It's abdominal separation from your stomach muscles stretching to hold your baby. Perfectly normal. ☺️ i read that it's better to roll over on your side and push yourself up with your arms to avoid straining anything. 😕😕
