Baby acne? Baby heat rash? Allergic reaction?

My 1 month old has developed a bumpy rash on his face & I'm not sure what it is. I will be making a appointment first thing tomorrow morning but was wondering if anyone has had this happen to there little ones or if anyone knows what it is. He has a little on his head & chest but it's mostly on his face & ears.

Looks like baby acne. My poor little guy has some too.😰 I've been washing it with a cloth and warm water 3x a day and then patting dry. Seems to be helping some.

Oh yeah that's completely normal just let it air out and in a coupe weeks maybe a bit longer it will go away! If it's red and all over the body it's most likely rubella rash and it goes away with oatmeal baths like aveno congrats btw cute baby!

That's baby acne my LO had it but it cleared up quickly. Warm water and a mild baby soap did the trick.

So I believe it was baby acne as well. I took my son in to get checked unfortunately his doctor wasn't available so he was seen by another doctor who said it was an allergic reaction to something but I scheduled another apointment for his doctor to see him & his doctor didn't think it was anything bad just a rash from probably the detergent. But I'm thinking it still baby acne because some of them have white dots in them.

My 2 weeks baby girl had the sale thing. I just washed her face with warm water once a day and applied aquaphor at night. It's almost gobe now but I am not sure if it's the cream that helped.

Looks like baby acne. Our little one got it starting on her forehead and then as it has cleared up it has migrated down (forehead cleared up moved to nose and cheeks, etc). Now she has it on lower face and neck.
