Completely going crazy

I am currently 10 weeks but I look to be 4 months :/. This bloating is so joke. Anyways I've been hiding in my house or when I go out I wear clothes that are way to big for me so no one suspects. In April we will announce our pregnancy, but not before. I'm not sure what to do anymore because I am clearly showing and when we go out with family i try and drink a lot of water so they don't question how many times I go to the bathroom. Can April can here any faster?
