So confused.

I got a vvf positive on a CVS early response test but got a negative on clear blue early response digital. Has anyone had a positive dye test and negative digital and ended up getting their BFP? It's likely only been less than two weeks since I would've conceived. Are my levels too low still? Pls help!!! Thank you!
